Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Advocate based in Ranchi. The Sales Advocate will be responsible for engaging with potential and existing customers, providing exemplary customer service, identifying sales opportunities, and persuading clients to secure suitable insurance products. The role also involves continuous training, maintaining customer relationships, and managing sales processes to meet company objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent Customer Service skills and experience
• Proven Sales skills with the ability to identify and close sales opportunities
• Experience in Training and Sales Management
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in relevant fields
• Prior experience in the insurance industry is a plus
