Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and confident Fresher Telecaller to join our team. The role involves making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining our products/services, answering queries, and generating leads. If you have good communication skills and enjoy talking to people, this is a great opportunity to build a career in sales and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database.
  • Explain products/services clearly and confidently over the phone.
  • Understand customer needs and provide relevant information or solutions.
  • Generate leads and schedule follow-up calls.
  • Maintain call records and update the CRM system.
  • Handle basic inquiries and redirect complex queries to the appropriate team.
  • Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead targets.

Requirements:

  • Good verbal communication skills in [preferred language(s): English, Hindi, Marathi, etc.].
  • Confident, polite, and clear telephone etiquette.
  • Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
  • Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.
  • Prior experience in telecalling or customer support is a plus (not mandatory).
