Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant- Business Analyst
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support the development and enhancement of CATT (Consolidated Audit Trail Tracking) regulatory reporting solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of regulatory requirements within the financial services industry and a proven track record in business analysis, particularly in trade and transaction reporting systems.
Responsibilities
. Gather, analyze, and document business and regulatory requirements for CATT reporting.
. Collaborate with compliance, operations, technology, and data teams to define functional specifications.
. Translate regulatory rules into business and system requirements.
. Assist in the design and development of solutions that ensure timely and accurate CATT reporting.
. Conduct data analysis and mapping to ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance.
. Participate in testing activities, including test case creation, UAT support, and defect triaging.
. Monitor ongoing regulatory changes and assess their impact on existing reporting processes.
. Support project management and delivery by providing status updates, risk assessments, and issue tracking.

Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications
. Bachelor&rsquos degree

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

. Strong knowledge of CATT and U.S. regulatory reporting requirements (e.g., SEC, FINRA).
. Experience with trade lifecycle management and front-to-back trade flows.
. Proficient in writing business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and user stories.
. Strong analytical and data skills experience with SQL or data analysis tools is a plus.
. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
. Knowledge of data governance and data quality frameworks.
. Experience in Agile project environments and familiarity with tools like JIRA and Confluence.
