Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Counsellor, located in Hisar. The Senior Counsellor will be responsible for providing guidance and support to students, helping them with academic planning, and offering career advice. They will conduct one-on-one and group counseling sessions to address student concerns and aspiring goals. Additionally, the Senior Counsellor will collaborate with faculty and administrative staff to develop and implement programs that promote student well-being and success.

Qualifications

• Strong counseling, guidance, and mentoring skills
• Experience in academic planning and career advising
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work well with diverse student populations
• Proficiency in developing and implementing student programs
• Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or related field
• Experience in an educational environment is a plus
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
