Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, design, and implement electrical systems for interior fit-outs (commercial, residential, hospitality, corporate spaces) and civil construction projects (buildings, infrastructure).
  • Prepare electrical drawings, load schedules, BOQs, and technical specifications in coordination with architects, interior designers, and civil engineers.
  • Supervise on-site electrical installations including lighting, power distribution, fire alarm, data/communication, earthing, and other related systems.
  • Coordinate with project teams, contractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure timely and quality execution within budget.
  • Monitor safety standards, statutory compliances, and ensure adherence to local building codes and electrical regulations.
  • Handle testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of electrical systems for both interior and large-scale construction projects.
  • Maintain project records, progress reports, and as-built documentation.

Skills & Requirements:

  • B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
  • 7–10 years of proven experience in electrical works related to interior fit-out projects and civil construction sites.
  • Strong understanding of electrical design, MEP services coordination, and site execution.
  • Knowledge of electrical safety norms, IS codes, and regulatory approvals.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and electrical calculation/design software.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹40,000.00 per month
