- Salary Package: Includes performance bonus (up to ₹1 lakh), incentives, perks, TA & DA
- Education: Bachelor's / Master's / MBA (any stream)
- Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in Sales (Preferred industries: IT, Telecom, Broadband, Mobility, SIM card distribution, Credit Card Sales/Promotions, B2B, B2C, FMCG, or Field Sales)
- Requirement: BYOD (Bring Your Own Device/Phone); SIM card provided by company
Job Summary
We are seeking field-ready Sales Specialists with experience in Retail & SME segments. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and achieving individual sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily field visits, engaging with potential customers to generate leads & close sales.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Present tailored cybersecurity solutions (endpoint protection & network security).
- Achieve sales targets for Retail & SME markets.
- Provide outstanding customer service and support throughout the sales cycle.
Desired Skills
- Self-driven, confident, and result-oriented personality.
- Proven track record as a top performer/achiever in previous roles.
- Strong customer focus & follow-up skills.
- Ability to work both independently and in teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office and preferably CRM tools.
