We are seeking an energetic and ambitious Management Trainee – Sales to join our growing IT Services team. The candidate will undergo comprehensive training in business development, client acquisition, and sales strategy for IT services such as website development, digital marketing, e-commerce solutions, and software development.

This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or early-career professionals looking to build a strong foundation in B2B IT Sales and grow into a Sales Executive or Business Development Manager role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Learn and understand the company's IT services, offerings, and target markets.
  • Identify new business opportunities through research, lead generation, and outreach.
  • Support the senior sales team in developing proposals, presentations, and sales pitches.
  • Contact potential clients via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to schedule meetings or demos.
  • Assist in managing the sales pipeline and maintaining records in the CRM.
  • Participate in client meetings to understand requirements and offer appropriate IT solutions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute lead generation campaigns.
  • Track industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market insights.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.
  • Strong interest in IT services and technology-driven business solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, enthusiastic, and eager to learn sales processes.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic understanding of CRM tools and MS Office Suite.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
