  • Trouble shoot mechanical and electrical breakdowns
  • Diagnosis faults and sound knowledge on Why why analysis
  • Exposure In preparation of corrective and preventive action
  • Prepare action plan for repeated and major breakdowns
  • Knowledge on machine coordinates and measuring systems
  • prepare schedules and execute the monthly and annual preventive maintenance
  • Exposure on TPM pillars
  • knowledge on machine calibration procedures
  • Knowledge on PLC ,omron,siemens,allen bradley
  • Knowledge on fanuc systems pro 5 & 6
  • Knowledge on siemens 802D 840D
  • Knowledge on Mazatrol system
  • A good team player with excellent problem solving skills
  • Prepare training schedule and execute
  • Exposure on ISO 9001 ,14001 AS9100
  • Exposure in handling audit and audit related NCR
  • An ability to work well in different shift under pressure
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Supervising contractors engineers and technicians
  • Exposure in machine installation and commissioning
  • Exposure in machine spare inventory management and spares planning
  • Good at change management
