Key Responsibilities

• Conduct training sessions on CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, Creo, Revit, or other design tools (based on institute/industry requirement).
• Prepare lesson plans, training materials, assignments, and practical projects for students.
• Teach both theoretical concepts and hands-on applications in 2D drafting, 3D modeling, simulation, and design analysis.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to students on academic projects and industry-oriented applications.
• Evaluate student performance through assessments, projects, and practical exercises.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and software updates in CAD/Design.
• Collaborate with academic/placement teams for student development and career readiness.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Civil, Architecture, or related field.
• Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, Creo, Revit, STAAD Pro, etc.
• Prior teaching/training experience preferred (freshers with strong technical skills may also be considered).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and engaging manner.
• Industry experience in design/drafting will be an added advantage.
