Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Civil Engineering fresher to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E. Civil) and demonstrate a strong learning attitude, high energy levels, and a passion for working in PMC Consultancy. This position will provide hands-on experience in planning, monitoring, documentation, and site coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in project planning, monitoring, and coordination activities.
  • Support in preparing project presentations and PowerPoint (PPT) reports for internal and client meetings.
  • Participate in site monitoring, tracking progress against schedules.
  • Prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPRs) and assist in compiling project reports.
  • Assist in the preparation of BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and cost estimates.
  • Support in ensuring quality control, compliance with design and safety standards.
  • Maintain documentation and records of ongoing projects.

Educational Qualification:

  • B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized university (Freshers encouraged to apply).

Skills & Attributes:

  • Strong Learning Attitude – Open to guidance and quick to absorb new concepts.
  • Active & Enthusiastic – Takes initiative and shows interest in all project aspects.
  • Good Presentation Skills – Able to create and present project reports and PPTs clearly.
