  • Responsible for installation, commissioning, and maintenance of RF systems including BTS, microwave links, repeaters, and antennas.
  • Conduct RF site surveys, drive tests, and perform coverage analysis.
  • Troubleshoot RF performance issues using test equipment such as Spectrum Analyzer, VNA, Power Meter, and Site Master.
  • Perform antenna alignment, feeder testing, VSWR measurement, and cable quality checks.
  • Prepare detailed site reports and test documentation; coordinate with NOC and project teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Strong knowledge of RF fundamentals, propagation principles, and link budget analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with telecom standards: GSM, UMTS, LTE, 5G NR, WiFi, and microwave systems.
  • Proficient with RF planning and optimization tools (e.g., Atoll, TEMS, MapInfo, Drive Test tools).
  • Familiarity with tower climbing and safety procedures is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in dynamic environments.
