About the Role

We're conducting a specialized Microsoft Azure training program for
Canara Bank

and are looking for a trainer who combines
deep technical expertise

with the ability to deliver
clear, hands-on, enterprise-grade training

.

This is a fast-paced engagement where you'll translate complex Azure + MLOps workflows into practical learning modules tailored for banking professionals.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver structured training across
    Microsoft Azure fundamentals → advanced cloud workflows → MLOps pipelines

.
- Teach applied concepts: Azure ML (training, deployment), versioning, CI/CD for ML, and governance.
- Demonstrate
hands-on labs

using Azure ML Studio, Azure DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, etc.
- Guide participants through real workflows: data ingestion → feature engineering → model training → packaging → deployment → monitoring.
- Run interactive exercises on: registry management, model serving, pipeline orchestration, drift detection, and production monitoring.
- Evaluate participants through live problem-solving, case discussions, and scenario-based tasks.
- Maintain training quality: session structure, labs, troubleshooting, feedback loops.
- Conduct a
mock training session

(pre-selection) to align on clarity, pace, and delivery style.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in
    Azure, MLOps, Data Engineering, or Applied ML

roles.
- Technical depth in Microsoft Azure:
- Azure ML, Azure DevOps, Azure Pipelines
- Azure Compute, Networking, Storage
- Containerization (Docker), Orchestration (AKS/Kubernetes)
- Practical experience building
MLOps pipelines

: CI/CD for ML, model packaging, deployment, monitoring.
- Strong understanding of enterprise cloud governance, security, access control, and role-based permissions.
- Prior
corporate or enterprise training delivery

(banking domain exposure is a plus).
- Ability to simplify concepts for mixed-skill audiences.

Nice to Have

  • Hands-on with MLflow, Kubeflow, or Vertex/K8s-based ML pipelines.
  • Experience building internal tooling: monitoring dashboards, experiment tracking, lineage tracking.
  • Experience in BFSI (Banking/Financial Services) data workflows.
  • Certifications:
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Scientist Associate
  • Azure Solutions Architect
  • Azure AI Engineer Associate

Training Deliverables

  • Full curriculum delivery (slides + labs + exercises).
  • Hands-on walkthroughs using actual Azure resources.
  • Troubleshooting guidance and Q&A support.
  • Final assessment frameworks (case studies / lab tasks).
  • Documentation & post-training resource handouts.

Interview Process

15-minute Mock Training Session

  • You will conduct a short mock session on any core topic within Azure or MLOps (your choice).
  • We will evaluate:
  • Concept clarity
  • Teaching flow
  • Hands-on depth
  • Ability to simplify complex workflows
  • Communication and engagement
  • Feedback will be shared immediately, followed by final selection.
