WE ARE LOOKING FOR FEMALE RECEPTIONIST FOR OUR CLINIC (ONLINE DATA ENTRY AND HANDLE PATIENTS )
- Familiarity with Website & Computer Usage: The candidate should be proficient in navigating websites, using computer systems, and handling software applications relevant to the job.
- Good Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities to interact effectively with patients, team members, and stakeholders.
- Ability to Handle Patients: A calm and empathetic demeanor when dealing with patients, ensuring that they feel comfortable and understood.
- Can Work Under Pressure: The ability to maintain composure and make sound decisions during stressful situations or when workload increases.
- Problem-Solving Skills: The capability to quickly address challenges and come up with solutions, particularly in critical or unexpected situations.
- Team Player: Willingness to collaborate with colleagues, contribute to a positive work environment, and help others when needed.
- Attention to Detail: Careful and thorough in completing tasks, ensuring accuracy in data entry, patient records, or documentation.
