Role Description

This is a full-time role for a State Incharge located on-site in Tamilnadu. The State Incharge will be responsible for overseeing and managing our mechanised services for farming within the state. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with field teams, managing service delivery on farmer's fields, conducting periodic reviews, and ensuring seamless operations. The role also involves strategizing and implementing plans to optimize service efficiency and address the unique challenges faced by farmers.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage on-site operations
• Knowledge of the local agricultural landscape and challenges

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Engineering, Management, or a related field
