Technical Support Engineer (Automation) Fresher Role

About the Role

Kickstart your career with ServiceNow as a Technical Support Engineer (Automation). In this role, you will support global customers, solve technical problems, and ensure an outstanding customer experience while learning cutting-edge technologies on the ServiceNow platform.

What You'll Do

  • Assist customers with queries and technical issues via chat, email, and calls.
  • Troubleshoot and analyze problems using logs and diagnostic tools.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex cases.
  • Provide feedback to improve our product and support processes.
  • Learn and grow your expertise in the ServiceNow platform.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / IT / related field from a Tier 1 college.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • Basic exposure to programming/scripting (JavaScript, Shell, PowerShell – preferred, not

mandatory).

  • Awareness of Operating Systems (Windows/Unix) and Cloud fundamentals (AWS/Azure).
  • Passion to learn, adapt, and work collaboratively.
