• Assessments & Feedback: Regularly assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and report grades as per schedule.
• International Assessments Prep: Equip students for international exams with effective learning strategies.
• Concept Clarity: Focus on building a strong understanding of core Accounts concepts through practice and explanation.
• Motivation & Inspiration: Use creative, energetic teaching methods to keep students engaged and motivated.
• Student Development: Track student progress and communicate with parents, Academic Directors, and the Coordinator.
• Collaborate & Innovate: Work closely with colleagues to deliver the best educational experience.

Candidate Profile:

• IGCSE & CBSE Experience: Proven experience in teaching IGCSE & CBSE Accounts.
• Strong Communication Skills: Ability to engage and communicate effectively with students and parents.
• Passionate & Approachable: A love for teaching and working with students to foster their academic growth.
• Organized & Resourceful: Ability to manage time and meet deadlines while creating engaging lessons.
• Global Perspective: Capable of engaging overseas students and creating a supportive learning environment.

Grade Levels: In CBSE Grades 11 & 12 / in IGCSE As Level

Qualifications:

Graduate/Postgraduate in the relevant subject. B.Ed. (mandatory for CBSE; preferred for IGCSE).Minimum 1-3 years of teaching experience.

Familiarity with CBSE or Cambridge IGCSE/A-Level curriculum.

Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
