Job Purpose
Provide support to COE - TM in refining and implementation of Talent Acquisition policy, processes and monitoring of the same across the Group for compliance. Support in driving Talent Acquisition for Senior Level positions across the Group. Provide support to COE - TM in refining and implementation of Talent Management initiatives across Group, which includes PDD, Talent Review and Succession Planning.
- Lead Job analysis and evaluation, job family architecture & level fitment ( job matching in case of external compensation surveys ) and manpower planning and budgeting across all sectors of GMR Group in order to maintain equitable ( both external and internal equity ) job architecture and effective organization design

Key Accountabilities*
Job Analysis and Evaluation
- Conduct job analysis of roles for the purpose of job evaluation
- Provide support for the Job evaluation process and also as panel expert
Job family architecture development and job matching with external compensation data providers:
- Develop and maintain job family architecture for GMR group businesses in collaboration with HR heads/leads across sectors
- The above includes suitable family architecture and level fitment of roles across businesses
Support job matching process of compensation surveys with external companies
Maintain accurate Success Factors position architecture
- Define guidelines for success factor position info-types/fields: division, business unit, department, org unit, job family
- Work with businesses on maintaining accurate position and job architecture in success factor
- Audit position data in SF and initiate steps
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES - Additional Details
Support Manpower Resource Planning
- Support completion of Annual Staffing Planning process
- Assess the manpower requirements of various businesses and provide recommendations in order to finalize the Human Capital budget.
- Assess the manpower requirements in case of any changes in the business scenario like new projects, change in strategies, divestments etc.
Special Projects/ Initiatives:
- Support implementation of Strategic Manpower Productivity and Business Excellence initiatives.
- Benchmarking & ratio analysis for manpower productivity

Relevant Experience

- 8-12 years in Industrial Engineering with at least 5 years in a large business conglomerate with diverse business interests.
