  • Secretarial assistance to Director Research. Scheduling of appointments/ meetings, coordinating logistics, maintaining records. Organize and keep record of online meetings.
  • Work pertaining to Mumbai University – Recognition & renewal, student admission, interview coordination activity, guide and student registration assistance.
  • Update, organize and maintain regulatory documents.
  • Keep account of study progress, and extension.
  • Maintain records of term completion and extension done by HR and inform Accounts Supervisor. Coordinate with PI and HR for term details of RF / CRC.
  • Draft reminder letters for progress / completion reports to all PI's and send to PIs on a regular basis including follow-up reminders. Extension request letters, reminders follow-ups should be sent at least 3 months before end date.
  • Assist in keeping track of number of vouchers issued to each MRC funded study.
  • Overall supervision of the archival operations – periodically transfer documents to the Sion storage facility, look out for options when the storage conditions are getting full. Record keeping. Data filing / compiling
  • Literature review, Periodic circulation of articles for continuing education / information.
  • Assist in writing and uploading grant proposals online, summary of reports, etc.
  • Assist in updating website content.
  • Monitoring of clinical trial documentation for sponsored studies.
  • Supporting the onboarding process for new team members and providing guidance on administrative tasks.
  • Correspondence with other departments, CEO, COO, sister organizations of PDHNHMRC.
  • Indenting materials for the department. Initiating, tracking & Keeping logs of purchases.
  • Plan and supervise duties assigned to the attendant.
  • Overall supervision to ensure departmental cleanliness, order and discipline.
