As a Project Manager in Wealth Management, your primary responsibility is to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of various digital initiatives within the wealth management division of an organization. You will collaborate closely with Product owners, developers, technology, compliance, marketing, and senior management to ensure that initiatives are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. Your role requires excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills to drive the success of initiatives supporting the business's strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and deliver digital initiatives. - Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. - Utilize strong leadership skills to motivate and manage cross-functional teams. - Maintain relationships with stakeholders such as clients, financial advisors, and senior management. - Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement within project management processes. - Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to project success. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field. - Minimum of 10 years of experience in an agile working environment within the financial services sector, preferably in wealth management. - Experience in Crypto and FX Trading platforms. - Professional agile management certification is highly desirable.
