NERVE CELL - ROLE PROFILE

● A team of Market Specialists with advanced skills plays an integral role in preparing the client for what to expect as an integral aspect of becoming a well-rounded investor.

● The client is swiftly briefed on the ongoing developments in the markets, whether they are favorable or less favorable.

● The discussions also delve deeply into matters related to portfolio performance and any particular recommended stock that appears to be a vulnerability in the client's portfolio.

● The Nerve Cell introduces topics that should be discussed during Ask-The-Expert (ATE) sessions, with a minimum of two sessions occurring prior to the initial presentation of the PMP Sales team to a new, inexperienced client.

● The Nerve Cell also serves as a support system for clients experiencing problems related to portfolio updates, dashboard access, and difficulties in reaching customer service.

● The Nerve Cell provides a remarkable experience that the client had never envisioned before, where a single specialist takes care of their portfolio, market-related matters, and operational concerns.

● The Nerve Cell is responsible for shaping the 'Client Investor Profile.' (Client Profiling)

● The handshake between the Nerve Cell and the PMP Sales Counselor (Sales team) involves a strategic exchange of information on the client's profile, investment behavior, capacity to invest, potential for upgrading to higher-level services (affordability), key conversational do's and don'ts, and what resonates positively with the client during calls.
