Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Engineer to ensure that all products and processes meet established quality standards. The role involves monitoring, analyzing, and improving quality control systems while collaborating with production and engineering teams to drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance procedures and standards.
Inspect and test raw materials, in-process items, and finished products.
Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for quality issues and implement
corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
Collaborate with design, production, and supply chain teams to improve product quality.
Ensure compliance with ISO, industry standards, and customer requirements.
Prepare and maintain quality documentation, reports, and audit records.
Support internal and external quality audits.
Train and guide production staff on quality control procedures.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Mechanical.
2–5 years of experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Control in a manufacturing setup.
Knowledge of QA tools & techniques
Familiarity with ISO 9001
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Key Skills & Competencies

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting ability
Strong knowledge of statistical quality techniques
Leadership skills to drive quality culture
Proficiency in MS Office
