    Role Overview :

    We are seeking a passionate and Creative Content Writer (Marathi) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of the Marathi  language, excellent storytelling ability, and a keen understanding of news and digital content trends. You will be responsible for researching, creating, editing, and publishing engaging and accurate content in Marathi for our digital platforms.
    This role requires a balance of creativity, analytical thinking, and speed — ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced start-up environment. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who want to sharpen their writing skills, contribute to a leading regional content platform, and grow in the digital media industry.

    Key Responsibilities
  • Research, write, and edit news stories, scripts, and reports in Marathi  for our digital platform.
  • Create daily content updates and ensure accuracy, relevance, and timeliness.
  • Craft push notifications and short-form content optimized for mobile engagement.
  • Coordinate with the editorial and marketing teams to align content with current trends.
  • Maintain a consistent tone, voice, and quality across all pieces of content.
  • Track and analyse content performance to improve audience engagement.
  • Ensure all content adheres to editorial standards and company policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in digital news writing or content creation.
  • Proven ability to write and edit in Marathi with high grammatical accuracy.
  • Basic working knowledge of English for internal communication and coordination.
  • Experience with push notifications and content for digital media platforms preferred.
  • Strong research and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver content under tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with SEO practices, trending topics, and content optimization is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of social media trends and audience engagement.
  • Must bring their own laptop to perform day-to-day tasks.
