Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Clerk at our Nagpur location. The Clerk will be responsible for a variety of day-to-day tasks including but not limited to maintaining files and records, managing office communications, assisting with data entry, and providing administrative support to the team. The role also involves greeting clients, answering phone calls, and preparing documents.
Qualifications
- File Maintenance and Record-Keeping skills
- Office Communication and Administrative Support experience
- Data Entry and Document Preparation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be a plus
