About the Role

We're looking for a passionate and driven
Software Engineer
to join our growing Engineering team.

This role is perfect for someone who wants hands-on experience in full-stack development while also exploring exciting applications in
AI and Machine Learning
.

You'll work on diverse client projects, solve meaningful problems, and contribute to high-quality digital products used across industries.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications
  • Build full-stack solutions using modern frontend + backend technologies
  • Collaborate with product owners, designers, and cross-functional teams
  • Write clean, secure, and maintainable code following industry standards
  • Support the integration of AI/ML features into new or existing systems
  • Participate in peer code reviews to ensure code quality
  • Research emerging tools and technologies to support digital innovation
  • Provide technical support and enhancements for deployed applications


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 2–5 years of hands-on experience in software development
  • Practical experience with backend frameworks , Java/Spring Boot, Python/Django)
  • Strong understanding of modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue)
  • Solid grasp of web technologies, APIs, and SQL/NoSQL databases
  • Basic exposure to AI/ML concepts or Python ML libraries
  • Experience working with RESTful APIs and Git
  • Strong problem-solving skills, communication abilities, and a learning mindset


Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

  • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Familiarity with Agile development practices
  • Experience with PoCs, automation solutions, or DevOps tools (CI/CD, Docker)
  • Portfolio or project contributions showcasing full-stack skills
