We are seeking a skilled and experienced GCP Infrastructure DevOps Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and automation of cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Key Responsibilities: Infrastructure & Automation

  • Design and implement scalable, secure, and modular infrastructure on GCP.
  • Build and manage landing zones to establish cloud foundations for enterprise workloads

- Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform, Deployment Manager, or similar IaC tools

- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Cloud Build, Jenkins, or GitLab CI.

Greenfield Projects

  • Lead greenfield cloud initiatives, including architecture design, resource hierarchy, and network setup.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define cloud strategy and onboarding processes.

Security & Governance

  • Implement IAM policies, VPC Service Controls, and Cloud Audit Logs for secure access and compliance

- Ensure adherence to security best practices and regulatory requirements.

Monitoring & Optimization

  • Use Google Cloud Observability tools (Cloud Monitoring, Logging, Prometheus, Grafana) to monitor system performance.
  • Optimize cloud costs and resource utilization.

Collaboration & Leadership

  • Work cross-functionally with development, operations, and security teams.
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to incident response and root cause analysis.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in DevOps or cloud engineering.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Proficiency in Terraform, Python, Bash, and containerization tools.
  • Experience with Kubernetes (GKE) in production environments.
  • Knowledge of cloud networking, security principles, and monitoring tools.
  • Familiarity with landing zone architecture, including identity provisioning, resource hierarchy, and network design

This role will focus on greenfield deployments, including the creation of landing zones, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation using Terraform, Kubernetes (GKE), and other DevOps tools.
