Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the embedded hardware engineering team and project deliverables.
  • Architect, design, and review schematics and multilayer PCB layouts.
  • Define hardware design architecture aligned with product requirements and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with firmware, mechanical, and testing teams to ensure smooth system integration.
  • Oversee validation, debugging, and hardware testing procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with EMI/EMC, RoHS, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct design reviews, risk assessments, and performance optimizations.
  • Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance and support across teams.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Masters degree in Electronics/Electrical/Instrumentation Engineering.
  • 8+ years of hands-on experience in embedded hardware design.
  • Strong expertise in high-speed digital and analog circuit design, signal integrity, and power management.
  • Proficiency in PCB design tools (Altium, OrCAD, Eagle, etc.).
  • Good understanding of microcontroller/microprocessor architecture (ARM, STM32, etc.).
  • Experience with compliance testing (EMI/EMC, safety) and product certifications.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
