We are looking for a passionate Quality Engineer to join our team working on AWS & Amazon Connect Digital Contact Center implementations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in QA automation, especially with Playwright, and exposure to GenAI bot testing. A background in testing AWS-based applications and Amazon Connect workflows is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities


• Design and execute test strategies, test cases, and automation scripts for AWS & Amazon Connect solutions.


• Build and maintain automation frameworks using Playwright (mandatory).


• Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing for digital contact center channels (chat, email, SMS, voice).


• Conduct GenAI bot and Amazon Lex bot testing to validate conversational AI accuracy, flows, and user experience.


• Collaborate with developers, architects, and product teams to define quality standards and acceptance criteria.


• Log, track, and report defects with clear documentation and analysis.


• Support performance, security, and scalability testing for cloud-based contact center solutions.

Required Skills & Experience


• 2–9 years of software testing/quality engineering experience.


• Minimum 1 year of QA automation experience (mandatory).


• Strong hands-on experience with Playwright automation framework.


• Experience in GenAI bot testing and conversational AI validation.


• Familiarity with AWS services (Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, SNS, SQS, etc.).


• Exposure to Amazon Connect workflows, flows, and contact center testing.


• Strong knowledge of test planning, execution, and defect management.

Preferred/Good to Have


• Selenium automation experience (applicants with Selenium are also welcome).


• Knowledge of Contact Lens testing, Amazon Bedrock, or AI/ML-driven bot testing.


• Experience with API testing tools (Postman, REST Assured, etc.).
