About the Role:

We are looking for highly skilled
Backend / Infrastructure Engineers
with a strong foundation in scalable system design, distributed architecture, and cloud-native technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining high-performance backend systems and infrastructure that power large-scale applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using
    , Go, or Python
    .
  • Architect and scale distributed systems for reliability and performance.
  • Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure on
    AWS or GCP
    .
  • Work with
    Kubernetes
    ,
    Docker
    , and
    CI/CD pipelines
    for deployment automation.
  • Implement and maintain
    streaming and messaging systems
    using
    Kafka
    .
  • Design robust data models and manage databases such as
    PostgreSQL
    ,
    MySQL
    , or
    NoSQL
    alternatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, production-grade software.
  • Monitor, debug, and improve system performance, reliability, and scalability.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Strong background in
    computer science fundamentals
    , data structures, and algorithms.
  • 3–10 years of backend or infrastructure engineering experience.
  • Proficiency in one or more backend languages (
    , Go, Python
    ).
  • Hands-on experience with
    AWS / GCP
    ,
    Kubernetes
    ,
    Docker
    ,
    Kafka
    , and
    Postgres
    .
  • Strong understanding of microservices, RESTful APIs, and distributed systems.
  • Experience with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.) is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and performance-tuning skills.

Good to Have:

  • Exposure to infrastructure-as-code tools like
    Terraform
    or
    CloudFormation
    .
  • Experience with
    CI/CD systems
    (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, ArgoCD, etc.).
  • Familiarity with
    security best practices
    in backend systems.
