Qualifications:

  • M.Plan (Urban Planning/ Housing) or MBA (Real Estate & Urban Infrastructure)

  • Analyst: 0 to 1 years of relevant experience

  • Specialization in Housing, Real Estate, or related fields preferred

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market demand and product assessments, analyze market trends.

  • Identify competition, gather data, and prepare analysis.

  • Contribute to product development, competition analysis.

  • Assist in strategy creation and phased planning.

  • Ensure quality report writing and timely project delivery.

Required Skills:

  • Advanced Excel (Data Analytics, Data Visualization) and market analysis tools.

  • Strong communication, professional speaking, and presentation skills.

  • Excellent problem-solving and relationship management skills.
