Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist Paid Ads (Google, Meta & LinkedIn)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving lead generation, brand visibility, and conversions through strategic campaign management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Google Ads
- Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max.
- Conduct detailed keyword research, ad copy creation, and A/B testing for continuous performance improvement.
- Optimize CPC, CTR, Quality Score, and conversion rate through data-driven analysis.
- Set up and manage conversion tracking via Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.
- Prepare detailed performance reports and ROI analysis.
- Stay updated with Google Ads best practices, bidding strategies, and algorithm changes.
2. Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Develop and manage Meta Ads campaigns focused on brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Define audience targeting using demographics, interests, lookalikes, and retargeting strategies.
- Create and optimize ad creatives (images, videos, copy) to maximize performance.
- Monitor campaign metrics such as CTR, CPM, CPL, and ROAS.
- Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives and placements.
- Collaborate with the creative team to align messaging with brand goals.
3. LinkedIn Ads
- Create and manage LinkedIn Sponsored Content, InMail, and Lead Gen Form campaigns targeting B2B audiences.
- Define account-based marketing (ABM) strategies for reaching decision-makers.
- Optimize campaigns for lead quality and engagement.
- Monitor analytics and adjust bidding, targeting, and ad copies to improve ROI.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for lead nurturing workflows from LinkedIn campaigns.
4. Analytics and Reporting
- Track, measure, and report performance across all paid platforms using Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Maintain campaign documentation, budget reports, and KPI dashboards.
5. Additional Requirements
- Manage monthly ad budgets efficiently and ensure spending aligns with business goals.
- Strong understanding of funnel marketing, attribution models, and conversion optimization.
- Stay up to date with latest trends in digital marketing, AI-driven ad optimization tools, and competitor activities.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience managing paid campaigns on Google, Meta, and LinkedIn within the IT industry.
- Certification in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or LinkedIn Marketing (preferred).
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Excel/Sheets.
- Creative mindset with the ability to collaborate with content and design teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
