Job Summary:
We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Sales Executives to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for generating leads, closing deals, and building long-term client relationships. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales, we'd love to meet you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and field visits
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and provide after-sales support
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams for promotional strategies
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activity
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent negotiation and persuasive abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Valid driver's license (if field visits are required)
