WHAT YOU OFFER US

The Integrated Producer is the central link between creative intent and production delivery responsible for orchestrating people, process, and technology to bring ideas to life across formats and channels.

This is not a traditional project-management role; it's a hybrid of creative operations, production expertise, and client governance. Integrated Producers partner with onshore account managers, creative directors, and studio leads to ensure that every brief is executed with precision, speed, and creative integrity.

You'll manage projects end-to-end — from scoping and feasibility to execution, quality control, and delivery — while understanding the creative and technical nuances of production workflows.

Your key roles and responsibilities will include:

1. Project & Delivery Ownership

  • Serve as the single point of accountability for assigned jobs or workstreams — overseeing planning, execution, and final delivery.
  • Translate creative briefs into executable production workflows with clear dependencies, deliverables, and milestones.
  • Manage multi-channel creative work — including HTML5 banners, motion graphics, print adaptations, digital assets, video edits, landing pages, and interactive media.
  • Balance creative quality, operational efficiency, and cost discipline across all deliverables.

2. Production Intelligence & Technical Fluency

  • Possess working knowledge of creative production tools — Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere), Figma, Animate, Cinema 4D, and workflow platforms like Workfront or Monday.
  • Evaluate technical feasibility of creative concepts and recommend solutions to optimize delivery (file formats, render specs, automation opportunities).
  • Collaborate with automation and AI teams to embed workflow efficiency and repeatable templates within production pipelines.
  • Ensure production standards, brand guidelines, and output formats are met consistently across all markets.

3. Cross-Studio & Regional Collaboration

  • Coordinate with Digital, Motion, and Print studios to allocate resources, manage priorities, and ensure consistent delivery quality.
  • Partner with Regional Account Managers (AMS, EMEA, APAC) to understand campaign objectives and regional requirements.
  • Act as the connective tissue between onshore creative leads and offshore studio teams, ensuring transparency and agility.

4. Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Engage in client discussions alongside onshore partners to clarify requirements and set delivery expectations.
  • Proactively flag risks, dependencies, and alternate solutions with clarity and confidence.
  • Build trusted working relationships based on reliability, responsiveness, and understanding of creative business priorities.

5. Collaboration & Integration

  • Work closely with regional teams (AMS, EMEA, APAC) to align motion output with campaign needs and market nuances.
  • Collaborate with the Digital, Print, and Automation teams to ensure seamless integration of motion assets in multi-channel campaigns.
  • Engage in new business pitches and creative development discussions, providing technical insight and creative elevation.

5. Process, Quality & Continuous Improvement

  • Drive workflow discipline — ensuring all projects are initiated, tracked, and closed within the delivery platform.
  • Monitor quality checkpoints (briefing, QC, approval, handoff) and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Identify and escalate process gaps, proposing automation or redesigns that improve efficiency.
  • Contribute to best-practice playbooks for production operations.

GREAT TO HAVE:

  • 8–14 years of experience in creative production, advertising operations, or integrated project management, preferably in a global or multi-market setup.
  • Proven ability to manage digital and motion-based deliverables alongside traditional print adaptation.
  • Working knowledge of creative tools, file types, production workflows, and quality control standards.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills — able to translate technical details into actionable plans.
  • Strong stakeholder management; experience working with global teams and tight delivery timelines.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to forecast effort, manage scope, and monitor KPIs (On-Time Delivery, First-Time-Right, Utilization).
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Hands-on exposure to workflow automation or templating systems for creative production.
  • Familiarity with AI-based creative tools (for resizing, layout generation, or content adaptation).
  • Certification or training in project management methodologies (Agile, Lean, or equivalent).
  • Prior experience in agency or in-house marketing operations teams supporting global brands.
