About the Role
We're hiring a GenAI Developer with deep Python expertise and a proven track record in building intelligent chatbots powered by LLMs (Large Language Models). You'll design, train, and deploy production-grade conversational agents that deliver hyper-personalized, context-aware interactions at scale.

What You'll Do

  • Architect and develop end-to-end GenAI chatbot pipelines using Python (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Haystack, etc.)
  • Fine-tune and prompt-engineer LLMs (GPT, Llama 3, Mistral, Claude) for domain-specific chatbot use cases
  • Build RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems with vector DBs (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma)
  • Implement multi-turn dialogue management, intent recognition, and slot-filling logic
  • Integrate chatbots with CRM, ticketing, and messaging platforms (Zendesk, Intercom, Slack, WhatsApp)
  • Optimize latency, cost, and accuracy using quantization, distillation, and caching
  • A/B test prompts, models, and UX flows; iterate with real user feedback
  • Ensure responsible AI: bias detection, hallucination mitigation, PII redaction

Must-Have Skills

  • 3+ years Python (async, typing, pytest, FastAPI)
  • 2+ years with LLMs for chatbots (OpenAI API, Hugging Face Transformers, vLLM)
  • Hands-on with RAG, function calling, tool use, and agent frameworks
  • Vector search & embedding models (Sentence Transformers, Cohere, Voyage)
  • Cloud deployment (AWS/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, serverless)
  • Git, CI/CD, monitoring (LangSmith, Phoenix, Weights & Biases)

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience with voice-enabled bots (Whisper, ElevenLabs)
  • Multi-modal inputs (image/PDF understanding in chat)
  • On-prem/edge deployment , ONNX)
  • Published bots with 10K+ MAU or enterprise adoption
  • Good understanding of asynchronous Django (Django Channels, Celery) for real-time applications
