Job Description

We are looking for a responsible Store Incharge to manage daily operations of our Mother & Baby Shop. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in retail or dress shops and possess strong customer service and store management skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily store operations
  • Manage sales, billing, and customer service
  • Ensure proper display and stock arrangement of mother & baby products
  • Handle inventory, stock checking, and replenishment
  • Supervise store staff and allocate duties
  • Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and visual standards
  • Resolve customer queries and ensure a positive shopping experience
  • Prepare daily sales reports and coordinate with management

Requirements

  • Prior retail or dress shop experience
  • Strong communication and customer-handling skills
  • Ability to manage store operations independently
  • Basic computer knowledge for billing and reporting
  • Pleasant personality and problem-solving attitude
