As a Salesforce developer, you will be responsible for developing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. You will also analyze project objectives, create customer workflows, and troubleshoot errors. Ultimately, a top-class Salesforce developer can create dynamic and scalable Salesforce applications that meet the changing needs of the company. JOB RESPONSIBILITY Custom Development: Develop custom applications and solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies. Integration: Integrate Salesforce with other systems using APIs, middleware, and other integration tools. Data Management: Design and manage complex data models, write efficient queries, and ensure data integrity. Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and other team members. Code Review: Conduct code reviews to ensure best practices and high-quality code. Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues, debug code, and provide ongoing support. Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, deployment guides, and user manuals. Optimization: Optimize performance and scalability of Salesforce applications. Stay Updated: Keep up to date with the latest Salesforce features and best practices QUALIFICATION Bachelor's or master's degree EXPERIENCE Interest in taking ownership on products and projects. Flexibility to meet continuously changing priorities and challenges. Needs to possess excellent communication and people skills. Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and stay calm under pressure. Interest in studying and learning new things. SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES Tech Stock Required: Salesforce, LWC, Vlocity, Data Cloud and Health Cloud 4-7 years of work experience as a SFDC/Vlocity developer. Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience: 5 years of experience in Salesforce development, including experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components. Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce development tools and methodologies, strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices. Certifications: Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I & II, Salesforce Certified Administrator, and others.
