Full Stack Developer (Web3, Blockchain, and Metaverse Gaming) Key Responsibilities: Full Stack Development: Design, develop, and maintain both the front-end and back-end of Web3-enabled applications. Build robust and scalable web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks , , etc.) Develop backend APIs and services with , Express, or similar technologies. Integrate blockchain and Web3 technologies into applications using tools like , , and smart contracts (Solidity). Blockchain Integration: Integrate blockchain protocols such as Ethereum, Solana, or other Layer 1 and Layer 2 solutions to enable decentralized features. Develop, deploy, and manage smart contracts, ensuring security, scalability, and performance. Implement wallet integration (e.g., MetaMask, WalletConnect) for user authentication and transactions. Metaverse and Gaming: Work on the development of metaverse platforms, gaming features, and virtual economies, enabling players to interact with the virtual world using NFTs, digital assets, and blockchain-backed elements. Collaborate with game designers and developers to bring gaming experiences to life in virtual worlds. Build in-game economies, NFT marketplaces, and other decentralized applications (dApps) for gaming ecosystems. Collaboration & Problem-Solving: Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality products. Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code while adhering to industry best practices. Troubleshoot and debug issues related to smart contracts, blockchain interactions, and front-end performance. Security & Performance: Ensure the security and integrity of blockchain interactions, user data, and smart contracts. Optimize the performance of both front-end and back-end systems, ensuring a seamless and responsive experience for users. Continuous Learning & Innovation: Stay up to date with the latest trends in blockchain, Web3 technologies, and gaming, and apply this knowledge to improve the platform. Required Skills and Qualifications: Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer, with at least 2 years working on Web3, blockchain, or decentralized applications. Strong experience with blockchain technologies (Ethereum, Solana, Polkadot, etc.) and smart contract development using Solidity or other blockchain languages. Experience with decentralized finance (DeFi), NFTs, and Web3 ecosystems is a plus. Technical Proficiency: Frontend: , , HTML, CSS, TypeScript. Backend: , , GraphQL, RESTful APIs. Blockchain: , , Solidity, smart contract deployment, and integration. Database: MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or other NoSQL/SQL databases. Version Control: Git, GitHub, GitLab. Metaverse & Gaming: Experience building or working with virtual worlds, gaming ecosystems, and metaverse applications. Familiarity with Unity, Unreal Engine, or other gaming engines is a plus. Other Skills: Knowledge of decentralized storage solutions (IPFS, Arweave). Familiarity with layer-2 scaling solutions (Polygon, Optimism, Arbitrum). Proficiency with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is desirable. Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Excellent collaboration and communication skills, especially in a cross-functional team environment. A passion for blockchain technology and gaming, with a keen interest in exploring the latest innovations in the Web3 space. Bonus Points: Previous experience in building or contributing to blockchain-based games or virtual worlds. Knowledge of tokenomics, digital asset creation, and smart contract auditing. Familiarity with AR/VR technologies or immersive gaming experiences. Contributions to open-source Web3 projects or participation in blockchain hackathons.
