Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head Baker, located in Pune. The Head Baker will manage day-to-day baking operations, including preparing bread, sourdoughs,cookies, and baked goods and more and ensuring quality and consistency.

Must have hands on experience in Viennoiserie

Responsibilities also involve overseeing food preparation, maintaining hygienic standards, and innovating new recipes to enhance the bakehouse's offerings.

Collaboration with the café team to align baked goods with seasonal menus will be a key aspect of the role.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Bakery and Baking techniques and

Viennoiserie and othrt cuisines

  • Experience in Food Preparation, with an emphasis on hygiene and safety standards
  • Specialized skills in creating Cookies and Bread
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for high-quality baked goods
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • A diploma or certification in baking or culinary arts is a plus
  • Prior experience as a baker, ideally in a similar setting, is preferred
