We are seeking a seasoned GCP Observability at the Senior consultant level to lead cloud transformation initiatives, drive presales engagements, and architect scalable solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in
cloud migration

VMware
,
GCVE
,
GKE
, and a strong understanding of
networking and security
. This role demands a strategic thinker with hands-on technical skills and the ability to engage with clients, estimate solutions, and lead delivery teams.

Desired Qualifications

Job Description (JD)

would focus on designing, implementing, and managing the observability stack—including monitoring, logging, and distributed tracing—to ensure the health, performance, and reliability of cloud applications and infrastructure. Key responsibilities include leveraging tools like Cloud Monitoring, Cloud Logging, Cloud Trace, and Cloud Trace Explorer; working with OpenTelemetry; and using metrics, logs, and traces to troubleshoot issues and optimize performance.

An ideal candidate should possess:

Required Skills

• GCP Services
  :
• Deep understanding of Cloud Monitoring, Cloud Logging, Cloud Trace, and other related observability tools.
• OpenTelemetry
  :
• Proficiency in using OpenTelemetry for collecting and exporting telemetry data from applications.
• Metrics, Logging, and Tracing
  :
• Strong knowledge of the principles and best practices for collecting and utilizing these types of telemetry data to understand system behavior.
• Containerized Environments
  :
• Experience with observability in containerized environments like Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE), including custom dashboards for clusters and workloads.
• Troubleshooting and Debugging
  :
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues in distributed systems.
