CozmoTec We're looking for a MERN Stack Developer with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in and React to join our fast-growing team in Indore. You'll be working closely with our Irish client teams on exciting new products that are shaping industries across Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications using and React

  2. Contribute to backend and frontend architecture discussions and technical decisions

  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams across India and Ireland

  4. Write clean, well-documented, and tested code

  5. Participate in code reviews, peer programming, and mentorship of junior developers

  6. Work in an agile environment and take ownership of delivering features end-to-end

Qualifications & Skills:

  1. 3–5 years of professional experience in software engineering

  2. Strong proficiency in and React

  3. Experience building and scaling modern web applications

  4. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

  5. Solid understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and cloud-based architecture

  6. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

Preferred Skills

  1. Experience with Python is preferred

  2. Exposure to PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or other databases

  3. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

  4. Experience working with international (preferably European) clients
