Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Patna for a Domain Trainer in Phlebotomy Trade. The role entails providing training to candidates in the phlebotomy trade, preparing course materials, conducting examinations, and ensuring theoretical and practical knowledge transfer. The trainer will also monitor trainee performance, update training methods, and assist in skill development to align with industry standards.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge and hands-on skills in phlebotomy procedures, including blood sample collection and safe handling of equipment.
  • Experience in conducting theoretical and practical training sessions with effective communication skills.
  • Ability to prepare training curriculum, develop course materials, and assess trainee progress through examinations.
  • Understanding of healthcare regulatory standards and best practices in medical diagnostics.
  • Relevant certifications or degrees in medical laboratory technology, phlebotomy, or a related healthcare field are preferred.
  • Adaptable, detail-oriented, and proficient in monitoring learner outcomes and implementing improvements in training.
