Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Mortgage Consultant at DIFSO. The Mortgage Consultant will be responsible for assisting clients with mortgage applications, providing financial advice, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks will include evaluating clients' financial information, processing mortgage applications, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of mortgage products and policies. Although the role is located in Chandigarh, some work from home is acceptable.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Mortgage Industry and Mortgage Lending
- Experience in Finance and Mortgages
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
- Relevant professional certifications are a plus
