Manager / Senior Manager - Paid Search & Social

Position Summary
This role involves leadership and management and is a key contributor to the SEM and social media advertising efforts, requiring a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies and their applications, and people management. You will be responsible for leading a team of Associates and Sr. Associates focusing on campaign execution, reporting and optimization, while also mentoring and supporting junior team members in learning and improving digital marketing capabilities and career growth.
Key Responsibilities
- People Management.
- Stakeholder & Client Management.
- Account Management.
- Account audit for several accounts.
- Coach and train junior members.
- Review and sign-off of team output – activation setup, plans, optimizations, reports.
- Continuously test and optimize campaigns for better performance (e.g., A/B testing, audience segmentation).
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance and enhance customer engagement throughout the sales funnel to grow sales pipeline and revenue closure.
- Formulate Digital strategy for client's business and ensure that recommendations and decisions are consistent with client's objectives and strategies.
- Thought leadership in Digital new age / landscape, tools & tech know-how.
- Lead and collaborate in coaching, managing, and educating team members.
- Oversee escalation management.
- Attend client meetings, as needed
Desired Skills & Experience
- Graduate in any field with 5-10 years of experience in campaign creation and knowledge in various digital media buying platforms
- Must be in Leadership role with atleast a year's experience in managing small teams of size 5+.
- Profound knowledge across multiple search/social platforms - able to understand how the platform works as well as the core and optimization concepts with the ability to apply and communicate learnings effectively and efficiently.
- Able to execute digital campaigns and report on the learnings
- Knowledge of KPIs and formulation for cost ranges
- Strategic planning across multiple digital channels
- Strong communications and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented, highly organized with the ability to multi-task
- Creativity and a keen eye for detail
