Min. Experience Required:

  • Conduct audits, assess threats, and recommend measures to mitigate risks.
  • Lead safety drills, crisis management, and coordinate with emergency services.
  • Oversee surveillance systems, access control, and perimeter security.
  • Manage entry/exit procedures and regulate visitor access.
  • Liaise with law enforcement and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise security personnel for optimal performance.
  • Investigate and document incidents, ensuring timely corrective action.
  • Collaborate with IT for cybersecurity and data protection.
  • Organize safety training and awareness programs for students and staff.
  • Ensure legal compliance and prepare security reports for administration.
  • Protect infrastructure, equipment, and intellectual property.
  • Foster a culture of vigilance, respect, and safety among the university community.

Remuneration

  • As per UGC and university regulations or negotiated based on experience and qualifications.
