Role Overview
ThinkByte.AI is hiring a
Content Strategy & Customer Success Manager
to own
customer relationships, content delivery, and outcome accountability
for assigned ThinkByte clients.
This is a
customer-first role
. Your primary responsibility is to
own the success of ThinkByte customers
by translating their business goals into high-quality, AI-powered content and campaigns, delivered through close collaboration with our internal content, design, and video teams.
You are not expected to do everything yourself. You are expected to
own the outcome
.

Primary Responsibility
Customer Ownership & Client Communication (Core Accountability)
- Own assigned ThinkByte.AI customers
end-to-end
for content and monthly service delivery
- Act as the
single point of ownership
for all content-related communication and delivery
- Build strong, long-term customer relationships by:
- Deeply understanding customer goals, industry, and audience
- Translating objectives into clear content strategies, briefs, and timelines
- Own customer communication, including:
- Onboarding and requirement gathering
- Ongoing progress updates and delivery reviews
- Feedback collection, prioritization, and resolution
- Take full accountability for:
- Quality of content delivered
- Timely execution of monthly deliverables
- Alignment with agreed KPIs and outcomes
- Represent the customer internally and ThinkByte externally with professionalism and clarity
Success in this role is measured by
customer satisfaction, retention, and business impact

Team's Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Planning
- Define content strategies, calendars, and campaign narratives for assigned customers
- Align content plans with customer goals, brand voice, and growth metrics
- Collaborate with writers, designers, and video editors to execute plans effectively
Writing & Copy Direction
- Provide clear briefs, outlines, and creative direction for:
- Blogs, landing pages, email campaigns, and social content
- Product marketing, tutorials, and case studies
- Review, edit, and approve content created by the team to ensure clarity, consistency, and quality
Design & Visual Direction
- Guide visual storytelling across customer content
- Review and approve designs such as:
- Social media creatives and carousels
- Thumbnails, infographics, and campaign assets
- Ensure all visuals align with brand and campaign goals
Video Content Oversight
- Oversee video content production including:
- Scripts and storyboards
- Short-form and long-form video content
- Work with video editors to ensure platform-optimized outputs
AI-Enhanced Content Leadership
- Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT, Jasper, Midjourney, Descript, and to:
- Accelerate ideation and planning
- Improve consistency and performance
- Define best practices for AI-assisted content creation across customer projects
SEO & Performance Optimization
- Ensure content strategies are SEO-optimized and performance-driven
- Review analytics and performance insights
- Use data to refine future content strategies and customer recommendations
Cross-Functional Coordination & Delivery Management
- Coordinate with internal teams across content, design, video, and marketing
- Manage timelines, dependencies, and priorities across multiple customers
- Ensure smooth execution without compromising quality or customer experience
Requirements
- Experience in content strategy, customer success, digital marketing, or agency-style service delivery
- Proven ability to manage customer relationships and own delivery outcomes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Solid understanding of content marketing across formats (written, visual, video)
- Comfort working with AI tools for content ideation, planning, and optimization
- Ability to understand technical or SaaS products and translate them into customer-friendly narratives
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, iterative environment
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience working with SaaS, AI, or marketing technology companies
- Prior experience in agency, client servicing, or account management roles
- Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow)
- Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, Hotjar)
- Basic understanding of paid social or performance marketing
