Position: Regional Manager

Location: Koraput Odisha

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee and manage operations of multiple centers within the assigned region.

Ensure smooth coordination between doctors, staff, and patients for high-quality dialysis care.

Monitor staff performance and provide necessary guidance, support, and training.

Achieve business targets, maintain profitability, and ensure compliance with company policies.

Build strong relationships with hospitals, doctors, and other stakeholders.

Prepare and submit monthly reports on regional performance to senior management.

Handle patient escalations and resolve operational issues efficiently.

Implement new healthcare schemes, policies, and process improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate in Commerce/Management/Healthcare or equivalent.

Minimum 8–10 years of experience in operations/management role (healthcare preferred).

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and reporting tools.

Ability to manage multiple teams and centers effectively.
