IT Analyst

We are looking for a skilled and solution -oriented IT Analyst to join our IT Services team. The role involves managing system administration, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring the smooth functioning of institutional IT infrastructure.The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, problem -solving abilities, and prior experience in IT support or system administration within an academic or corporate environment.Key Responsibilities:Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network -related issues across the institution.Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot IT systems, servers, and network infrastructure.Install, configure, and upgrade software, applications, and operating systems.Manage user accounts, email systems, data backups, and security protocols.Assist in maintaining institutional ERP, LMS, and other academic/administrative systems.Ensure compliance with IT security standards and safeguard institutional data.Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT maintenance and procurement.Prepare and maintain documentation of IT systems, troubleshooting guides, and incident reports.Provide training and guidance to staff and students on the use of IT resources and digital platforms. RequirementsQualification:Graduate/Postgraduate in Computer Science, IT, or related fields.2–4 years of experience in IT Support, System Administration, or IT Analyst roles.Strong knowledge of networking, system administration, and troubleshooting.Certifications in IT will be an added advantage.
