About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and ambitious Civil Engineering Fresher (0 -2 years of experience) to join our engineering and project execution team. As a fresher, you will be mentored by experienced professionals and will actively contribute to the design, planning, site execution, and quality monitoring of real-time projects in residential, commercial, or infrastructure domains. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates to gain hands-on experience and build a strong foundation in the civil engineering industry.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Oversee site engineering activities, ensuring adherence to project specifications, construction codes and safety regulations.
  • Oversee and manage construction activities at the site, ensuring adherence to project specifications, construction codes and safety regulations.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues and ensure compliance with engineering and design requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers, architects and subcontractors to ensure timely project completion.
  • Analyze and interpret engineering plans, aerial photography, blueprints, topographical & geologic data and technical drawings to plan and execute construction activities.
  • Coordinate the procurement and delivery of construction materials, ensuring their compliance with industry standards.
  • Identifying potential risks and implementing preventive measures to minimize project delays, cost overruns and safety hazards.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, site diaries, change orders and quality control measures.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 0 -2 years of experience in civil construction namely High Rise and Villas.
  • B.Tech/B.E. degree in Civil from a recognized institution.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in managing and supervising construction projects.
  • Ability to manage multiple stages of construction cycle.
  • Excellent project management, labour management and organisational skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities with effective communication.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Strong understanding of bar bending schedule, cost estimation, quantity estimation, shuttering techniques (plastering & finishing), high rise building structures (RCC).
  • Proficiency in labour control procedures.
