The Senior Designer should have 12+ years of expertise in conceptualizing, designing, and delivering high-end projects. They need to have a strong portfolio of innovative and functional commercial & residential designs, demonstrating a deep understanding of architectural trends, sustainability, and client-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse architectural design brief and discussion with clients wherever required.
  • Lead the designing of commercial & residential projects, from concept to completion.
  • Develop creative and functional design concepts tailored to client needs and site constraints.
  • Preparation of preliminary design & concept drawings.
  • Ensure compliance with zoning regulations, building codes, and industry standards
  • Maintaining project schedules and completion timelines to the clients as well internally.
  • Coordination with external consultants and various internal MEP team members.
  • Mentor junior architects and designers, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence
  • Stay updated with architectural trends, technologies, and sustainability practices.
  • Visiting site on a periodical basis and clearing the site related queries.

Key Requirements:

  • B.Arch degree from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum 12 years of professional experience with a strong focus on commercial & residential architecture.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other design software.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple high-end projects.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of sustainable design principles and workplace trends is a plus.
