Location: Noida Hybrid (10 days in a quarter - Flexible)

It is a management consulting firm with its headquarters in New Delhi, India and representative offices in Riyadh (KSA) and Dubai (UAE), providing management consulting services to a diverse set of sectors, i.e., Retail, Food & Beverage, Healthcare, Fintech, Pharmaceutical, Public Sector (Government), and BFSI (including Private Equity and Family Offices). Mandates typically range from developing business strategy, growth plans and implementation roadmap, operational and financial restructuring, financial modeling and validation, development of business cycles and process improvement, performance measurement and reporting, and commercial and financial due diligence (Buy Side).

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement supply chain strategies.
  • Conduct analysis and provide recommendations to improve supply chain processes.
  • Lead and support consulting projects related to supply chain management.
  • Identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvement.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to drive strategic initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3 years of experience in supply chain management, consulting, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in supply chain tools and technologies.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
