Back Office Executive

This role focuses on data management, documentation, reporting, and internal process coordination.
Data Management & Documentation:
- Maintain and update databases, records, and filing systems with accuracy
- Process and verify documents, forms, and applications
- Ensure data integrity and confidentiality of sensitive information
- Generate regular reports and compile data for management review
General Tasks
- Respond to internal queries and provide information as needed
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, or service providers
- Assist in inventory management and resource allocation
- Support special projects as assigned
Required Qualifications
- 12th / U. Graduate / Graduate or related field
- 0-1 years of relevant experience in administrative or back office roles
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹13, ₹21,400.00 per month
